Ahem, sooo…
This app is fine I guess… It customizes your news feed and stuff like that but.. It always seems to notify me that most depressing of news even if it doesn’t relate to me. Perhaps there’s a setting I don’t know of but I feel like every 3 hours I’m being notified that someone’s grandma has just been diagnosed with cancer and die and painful horrible death alone.. an exaggeration obviously but that’s how it feels. I’ll just be chilling then I get a notification, “Oop – sos was found murdered, suspect is orphaned child.” Like, omg
App needs a search and filter feature
App is pretty good, but needs the abiilty to search the headlines for keywords. Also needs a filter so that certain sources may always be omitted from results, e.g. always exclude CNN, etc. Also, the ability to mark story categories that you don’t want to see anymore would be useful. Say a story pops up about sex or gender issues, and you just prefer not to see those type of stories anymore. ALso, big ads which appear as if they are stories are repeating or often shown. It would be nice to mark or tag the ad and say “I’ve seen this, I’m not interested, please don’t show it to me anymore thank you.” The app is surprisingly fast and responsive. There are so many news apps out there, this one seems to distinguish itself by it’s responsiveness – its very fast. The big ads appearing as if they were stories is an interesting take on generating ad revenue, but they are not obtrusive (at least in 2 column landscape mode on an iPad since real stories appear on the left, while the ads feed appears on the right column with other real stories.) The app needs more features as I have mentioned to make it more appealing.
I like this app but…
I like the news, I like being able to track the virus cases in my city and I like being able to track the protests. Of course there are some repetitive articles, but this app doesn’t report the news it compiles it in an easy place for us all to see. What i really hate about this app is the community, terrible bigots in the comments sections. The app is pretty great, but I think you should disable the comments seriously.
I love the app, but not the racist comments
I really liked the app because it gives you up to date local, national and international news. I also loved the separate tabs to fit what you’re looking for because I felt overwhelmed constantly hearing about COVID and police brutality. Sometimes I just need a break and want to read something light and entertaining
Unfortunately, I had to delete the app because the amount of racist comments under most of the articles I read was extremely disheartening. Of course, I have the option to not read the comments, but sometimes I actually like to comment myself or respond to comments and have dialogues and hear different points of view because we can all learn from one another. Obviously, not all the users are racist, but about a good 95% are. I’m not sure if other news apps have this in common, but I couldn’t tolerate the it any longer. I would rather do without the negativity.
Overwhelmingly Negative
I downloaded this app almost a year ago. I’ve loved it because it does provide notifications on what’s happening in my local area. However lately with the current COVID crisis, it’s all the app has become about. It’s great for staying up to date on what’s happening with the corona virus, however as someone who struggles with anxiety, I’m disappointed and frustrated that every 3 hours I’m getting a notification for something virus-related. I could understand if it was letting me know about business closures in my area or info on the ever-changing stay-at-home order, but it’s not. For example, the most recent one had to do with the surgeon general predicting a high death tool in the next week and “9/11-like moments.” Last night it was something to do with the rising death toll. I get that it’s a news app, but it used to give me more info than just the current world crisis. I don’t need to hear about all the bad stuff, I’d love some more wholesome content. However I’ve decided to delete the app as I can’t see that happening anytime soon. Again, great app for staying up to date, but not if you’re already overwhelmed by it all. I’d recommend not downloading until the pandemic starts to clear up. 2 stars would be my current rating, but before all of this I would’ve given it 4.
It’s all clickbait
If you live Local to a tired old newspaper – the kind that literally will not allow a single story to be seen/read online (beyond the first couple of sentences) without your purchasing a subscription – you won’t ever get any actual Local news. NewsBreak shouldn’t even post these stories! It’s basically an offshoot of clickbait… “Here’s a breaking news story in your area!!” [Reader clicks] Oopsy. You’ll have to pay if you want to know how the investigation in to the unsolved murder of a beloved 83 your old woman in your community is or isn’t progressing, though the flailing TimesGeorgian wrote a headline that makes it sound like the sheriff has leads… it’s just clickbait to make you buy a subscription and find out the “sherif is still baffled.”
Used to get vital info but now…
I really used to appreciate the NewsBreak notifs because they were new and informative. In past 2 months though I have gotten, literally, 3 notifs a day about the Stimulus that there has been no new info about specifically while Congress is on break. Why do you keep torturing those of us who really need REAL info about the Stimulus because we cannot go back to work? It’s more than annoying, it almost feels like the app is rubbing it in our faces. If you read the comment user each of these articles I am not alone. Last article had 3,000 comments saying exactly what I’m saying. I am turning off notifs and will rely on local news app from now on.
UPDATE: I have deleted the app. Not only am I still getting 5 articles a day about this stimulus package still and there’s no new news.. on top of that the app is linked through Facebook so any political article has some of worst commenters who spew hate speech and threaten violence. I spent a few days reporting the comments but it doesn’t matter The most sane thing to do just delete. I get my news from large political outlets who don’t have uneducated people threatening people who don’t support the narrative. Take out the Facebook link for comments (IE make us make an account) and quit sending the same articles 5 time a day and I will return.
What you’re really getting
A feed of article headlines and pictures ranging from what Kim Kardashian wore to bed (and you’re not gonna believe the reaction) to more serious presidential news. All taken from a diverse spectrum of prestigious news organizations to rinky-dink news outlets I am unfamiliar with that the click of a story you are instantly redirected to their news page. The reason for my rating is that I wanted a more selective group of stories by which I mean I have no interest in knowing “Pregnant Katy Perry looks stunning in no-makeup selfie amid quarantine” or any “no cover” topics in my mind and have no way of weeding out of my feed. Nor do I enjoy when I (admittedly) don’t check first and am redirected from the app to the website of a news source most would find unsuitable for a work setting.
The Best App Right Now
Everything about this app has been what I should have expected expect only one tiny thing. I’ve been using this application lately because of COVID news, and to be honest, I don’t complain, but as I just noted earlier, if you guys can just add this one feature, it will be helpful for not only me, but maybe for many others out there. I think you should add a search field specifically for cities, so people can search for specific locations to get the news they want to know first. Many among us are separated from our families. Therefore, for those who are concerned, their first intentions when they open your application, they intend to look for news about the cities where they came from for their loved ones if COVID has worsened or not. This is before anything else. But again, I love your application and I use on daily basis.

Feedback for better performance
Many stories are video only which I understand as it being a television network application. But not all of us have the ability to watch a video to get the news. It would be great if there was an actual article along with the video for those of us unable to view. I have found myself leave the app to go to another source to get the story due to not being able to watch the video. The 2nd issue I have is with the “breaking news” alerts that pop up on my phone. I remember when breaking news was important information that needed to break into a regular broadcast to give viewers the information. the amount of breaking news is ridiculous as not everything is that important. Please get back to marking stories as breaking news when they are truly urgent / important and not every time an article gets posted.
Disappointed in New Version
I am missing the control and flexibility I once had. I used to be able to Go Live, click on Schedule and select a show to watch which had previously aired that day. I LOVED that feature and now it’s gone! If for example I missed the airing of The Situation Room which airs at 2:00pm PST, no worries. I knew that I could watch the full show, i its entirety anytime later that same day. I could click to watch any show that had already aired by Judy click on it. Now I can no longer watch a show that I missed..
This app is now just a ho0hum app. It is boring and does not offer anything meaningful to the user. I used to watch CNN faithfully on the older app because it meant so much to me. In my opinion it was the BEST news app out there. Now there is no reason for me to use it. Truly disappointing!
Great app, but advertising is annoying
I like the app a lot, the content is well organized, varied and deep. It’s my go-to news app.
When it comes to video content, every story is usually preceded by an ad, which, in itself, is ok and understandable. However, if you watch several videos, you’ll probably have to see the same commercial you saw the first time every time. I find this very annoying. I would think thy’d have a way of knowing you already saw the ad and either not show any ad or at least replace it with some other ad, to keep viewers from having a negative reaction. This was particularly irritating leading up to the midterm elections, when a particular candidate’s commercial played over and over. Even though he happened to be my preferred candidate, I had to watch the same commercial way too many times.
In the end, I frequently avoid watching videos altogether because of this and stick to the written stories.
Ok app. Bad content
The app could be a little faster, less covered in ads. The worst part is the content. Nowhere on the internet, other than Reddit, can you find such a one sided partisan news source that is irresponsible, disgrace, narrative steering, and above all, fake news source.
Please!!
Please find a way to make CNN available as an add-on channel on Comsast Cable. I am not allowed to watch the CNN app on my Apple TV because my Comcast channel lineup does not cover CNN. I can’t understand why you would have a problem making your channel available as a single add-on channel, it would just increase your profits. I’d pay a monthly fee to be able to watch CNN on the Apple TV streaming player CNN Go app.
Broken scrolling in articles
If you try to scroll in an article and your finger lands on a link (opening a web browser) instead of allowing you to scroll. They are mishandling touch events. Scrolling should take precedent over tapping a link.
Also the app (still) does nothing with Dark Mode.
Good App if you like never ending commercials
I have the app and every time I log on, I get commercial after commercial and self promo adds. One time I timed it and it was over 11 minutes before I got to any news. Sorry but that’s a little ridiculous.
The Ads!
The ads on videos are so horrible. Who wants to watch 30 seconds of irrelevant ads for every 1 minute of video in the off chance it is even content worth watching. Really disappointing mobile experience. I now defer to other news sources for any video commentary.
Gratitude
Wish I can watch it on my phone without a TV provider. I’m on the move constantly so I don’t use a TV provider.
Poor Journalism
The writing on CNN is sub par, the hosts are obnoxious and unprofessional. If you do the time to research the stories reported, you find the information is often highly edited to fit a narrative (or in some cases falsified). A good portion of CNN articles are very divisive and personally I think are the root cause of the division and hate in this country. Don’t download this app, get your news from a respectable source.
Monthly price would be 5 stars
I do not understand – how CNN has not moved into the future. Showtime offers a monthly rate – as well as many others. For 10 min I can watch? Then disconnects – I would pay but not through cable. 8 – 10 monthly price point. Step into the millennium!
Audio while surfing
One annoying thing I found, which I’ll call a bug is that if I’m listening to music, whenever I open the app it will pause the music. IMO this should only happen if I tap on a video for it to play, not just opening the app to scroll three articles. Basically if the app is opening I can’t play music because once it’s paused, once I try to un-pause it, the app automatically pauses it again.

Becoming a typical click capturing App
Local news is interspersed with national news, some stories day old. Confusing! Recent news, local and national, is often placed way down the page, a sophomoric attempt to get the reader to view more stories with more advertising in them. Advertising is imbedded in most stories. I’ve found that when stories are repeated you should choose the second story as it has little or no advertising.
Such potential
Browsing the app’s content is decent and better than the other local news apps as far as content. What brings it down to a three star is the ever annoying notifications they consider breaking news, which is the only one I have set.
For instance, just now got an alert on a video of a wood carving artist. How the heck is that breaking news??? I unchecked video updates, which is what this is.
Local News
Hey Developers, app starts with “Start Local, Stay Local,” then after 5 – 8 Local News Stories there’s national stories mixed in, Please create another tab or something, that’s very irritating, National news is important too, but shouldn’t be mixed with local news, especially considering your “Start Local, Stay Local” theme!
Beware – redirects to unwanted ads
I’ve uninstalled it. Used to be a great app, but they’ve started embedding ads underneath the thumbnails for articles. You think you’re tapping on an article, but it redirects to a web page for an ad?! You can tell because the same news article will be listed twice. Only the second one is legit.
Used to be a very good source for local news. Not any more!
Unusable garbage
Horrible unusable garbage. The ads they serve take so many resources that the articles never load. It’s been like this for 6+ months, worthless
Customer Reviews
App superior to email
I signed up for the morning email but the font is so small it’s illegible. However, there was an ad an app, so I got the app which has adjustable font size so you can actually read it. Of course, the news reporting itself is excellent.
Very distracting ads
There are flashing and moving ads at the bottom of every story. I understand the need for free apps to have ads but AP’s ads are so distracting that I can’t read the story. I would pay a fee to remove the ads but there is not an option to do that./span>
App review
Well done, only suggestion is to allow more customization on alerts. Getting too many, but still want the important ones. Thanks!
App review
Looking for balanced news sourced. So far not impressed. Please report the news, leave the narrative semantivs behind.
Ads at bottom are so irritating
I understand you need ads but get rid of them at bottom of all articles. The movement is beyond distracting and annoying.
Good but
My only complaint is that the pictures / videos associated with the stories don’t always open
OPINION
Opinion articles should be titled as such
I still won’t be happy…
Until I can read the A-wire (give options to regional, financial and sports wires) an get 10-bell Flashes, and 7-bell bulletins.
For the newsroom-inexperienced- the AP national, regional, state and special subject systems used to arrive at member newspapers and broadcasters over one ponderously slow Teletype per line, if you had the highest quality service offered, followed by the addition of photos, sound, dump straight to the newsroom computer via satellite antenna on the roof, lastly the addition of video sharing.
Breaking news was signaled by 1- 10 bell rings depending on significance- would love to be able to set my phone to receive the main, regional and state “wires,” now just particular message streams, and hear the old-fashioned bell ring when news of major importance came through. Long live the 170-year-old news collective!
I only have 1 issue: Notifications
You and Snapchat both have this problem; when I open one notification, this clears all of them. This is a problem when there are multiple headlines that grab my attention. I open one and Ive lost the others, and I have to go looking for them. This definitely needs to be fixed.
Need an AP Widget
I love this app but wish you guys would add an iPhone iOS 12+ widget to the app for breaking news like Reuters. I would give 5 stars for this feature.
Great reporting, ok app
The dry, factual presentation of the news is a good counter to clickbait doom and gloom found elsewhere. Your local news probably just re-hosts AP stories
However, articles are surrounded and inundated by cheesy advertisements. Maybe I missed this and it already exists, but an option to pay to remove these would be appreciated!
Very biased
If you’re gonna pick a side, just own it. But don’t claim to be unbiased when you’re clearly pandering to one side.

To many clicks required
something drastically changed in the past year.. now multiple ‘clicks’ are required to read a complete article. Tthe first click only opens the first paragraph or tow, then yo have to click again for the rest. A time waster.
Lots of old news
News items are often left on for weeks. You’ll catch yourself reading a headline from a previous month, as if it were just happening.
KTLA Cast
I have watched KTLA since 1995 and Love the fact that everyone is like Family. All cast members. All day and night. Thank You All for always bringing the news to us in and uplifting form.
Continue reading button is a deal breaker
Have been using this app for along time, the whole “continue reading” button is a ridiculous addon. Have to hit that stupid button 30 times before I can read a story I already clicked on!
Midwestern Transplant
I am a lifelong watcher of KTLA 5, am a southern California native, 70 years old, and now transplanted to the Midwest. I use the app to keep track of what’s going on in the Southland, as most of my friends are still in the area. KTLA 5 helps me feel closer to home.
Apple TV?
When will you release an Apple TV version?
Too many 30sec ads
Once I’m forced to watch a 30sec ad, I turn off the app and then I go elsewhere to get the info.
Like the app
I been using the app for about 5 years and I love it, but recently there are issues wit the app such as stories that are repeated.
Covering SantaAna
I love your App for covering Latino community especially in Santa Ana where I grew up and work for the school district as a lead custodian for almost 30 years.
Chrome Cast Support
My family and I love KTLA and watch it every day. It is our preferred news source. Love the app, but wish it also supported Chrome Cast not just Apple mirroring.
Too many clicks
Pretty much every article you select you have to click ‘read more’ to actually view the whole thing. It’s annoying.
Ads ads and more ads
I enjoy reading KTLA and I appreciate that it’s free but I like to listen to music as I read the news and the ads always always interrupt my listening and reading. I’m kinda over it.
AppleTV app?
I’m in Texas. I love the newscast, enjoy the app, but an app for AppleTV would be fantastic!
Love My Channel 5 Reporters
I wake up in the morning an turn on Channel 5 even before having my cup of coffee. I need to know how the traffic is running in the morning and what’s happening in our City.
Your reporters are the best.
Customer Reviews
Video overload
I like to read my news – not be bommbarded with video clips. This app has way too much video.
Search
Where is the option to search. Should not be this hard to search on a subject or for an article.
Functionality neutered when VPN is engaged
You have to choose between securing your device or using the app??
Commercial volume
Great app. Only downfall is the volume of commercials is at least 2x of programming.
Needs dark mode
Am I overlooking the option for dark mode? This app blinds me when I’m laying in bed at night catching up on the daily news.
Great News Source
I’ve always loved CBS News and their app has been great. I specifically enjoy the radio feature. Simply slide the button and it plays the latest news. This is the journalism at its finest.
Please add ChromeCast
I love this app. Please, please put the ChromeCast capability back on your otherwise outstanding app. And leve it there, don’t put it up and take it down.
Not having that option to cast on this app forces me to watch you, my primary news source, only on my phone. All my other news sources allow me to stream on my television. I’d rate you five stars if you would restore the ChromeCast option. Thank you.
Creed
Very disappointed in this App. You will love it if you love 90% commercials and 10% news, and thats being generous. Site navigation is also very poor.
The “headlines” are way late
Headlines are late and poorly written. App is slow to load (on a new phone) After about 4 hours the “live” feed is just looped.
So by saying live 24/7 then having replayed content throughout the day is actually false advertising and very misleading.
I can find
There is no search function or I haven’t found it yet. Also, I can’t find news stories I just saw on TV. How can I forward to friends? I wish it was easier to navigate and share with friends.
Works fair
I gave up on the app because of the switch from written stories to only video. I am many times in public settings when checking news and can’t have the phone in a speaker mode to hear audio plus all the video uses too much of my data allowance.
Rotten navigation
I am dissatisfied with CBS News’ tendency to avoid allowing readers to return to a story they’ve read – either to re-read, or gawd forbid – to share.
Please add back button
Please add back button visible throughout each article so user doesn’t have to scroll ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE TOP to return to the previous page.
Car chase alerts
Why is it that your Apple TV app never has the car chase alerts?
Slow app – battery killer
Stories take forever to load. Horrible drain on iPhone battery.
One of the best apps for local news
Love the app especially the breaking news alerts for the chases.
Videos don’t open in wide shot
When I pivot my phone sideways (horizontally) after I click on the opposing arrows to have videos fill my screen, the video goes black and I lose audio. I have an iPhone 11 ProMax
Not a fan
The app never refreshes with current news stories. They are always 14 hours ago or 24 hours ago. They do not update the stories.
Where is the doplar?
I miss the live doplar radar. Please advise. Thank you.
Commercials
Way too many commercials for to long a period for each story watched. App not worth using because of that. The ads are longer than the news segments.
Sound is awful!!
It’s taken me a year of watching ABC7 to realize why it seems so unprofessional and amateur – the sound is just so bad. 1) The levels bounce around like crazy. Im constantly adjusting the volume because it’s too quiet, then too loud, etc. Ever heard of Mixbus compressor? 2) Some news story have NO narration at all. Just the ambient sounds of shots. Who does that? 3) The sound guy clearly smokes too much weed. Durning one of Newsome’s monologues the volume would drop randomly. Then it would be too loud. Then too quiet. I could hear him trying to find the right level. Then there was a delay on Newsome’s voice! A straight up psychedelic echo on the governor’s voice. I’m sure he was laughing it up but I was trying to listen to what was being said. It’s kind of important. 4) This would be forgivable if it happened once in a while, but it happen on every live stream. I leave it on while I work at home. It’s truly the most annoying thing ever. It’s unlike any other news app on Roku and Apple TV – the sound issues make it seem cheap and unprofessional compared to others.
Ads are way to long
30 second ads for a 1 min video?? Unacceptable
Lacking in news
Refuses to show both sides of stories specifically regarding political issues. They do not believe their audiences are smart enough to make up there own minds so the information is limited. Sad it’s no longer news.
Stop the commercials
The app made me hate the RAM trucks lol.
Too liberal
ABC7 Eyewitness News used to be the best source of news in LA and Southern California. However, as noticed over the last few months, the station and its app have become increasingly too liberal and far-left. They’re so biased with moderates and conservatives. They’ve also become sloppy with their reporting by falsifying and sensationalizing stories. It’s time to watch another local news station that isn’t incredibly liberal.
Liberal bull
As usual, a Southern California supposed news channel telling me how I should feel. All opinion no news.. should rename itself to The Los Angeles Times.

Rife with ads
It’s frustrating to get blasted with alerts about “breaking news” and click the link to find what that “breaking news” is, only to have that “breaking news” interrupted by “breaking advertisements.” I’m ready to dump this app and look for another news source.
Dave
I hate that you have to wait for the adds to play before each story one per visit would be better. Thanks.
Review
Enjoy this app. Great station. Just moved here from Virginia. Will watch.
10 News
I really enjoy the 10 news every night. The staff does a great job and I love the way the set is setup. More of a casual look with the same high standards of reporting.
Not enough notifications control
There doesn’t seem to be a way to control notifications for specific topics. Flooded me with notifications about which I didn’t care. No way to limit. Good app other than that.
Jabari
I LOVE JABARI. He is my moment of ZEN
Current news now
10 is current and fast. They give me the news, weather and highway reports in a timely fashion.
Review
Very timely updates on all that’s happening in Smith county and surrounding areas.
In touch
There are a very limited number of news sources we can trust these days, but 10 News provides the local and national news that allow me to feel I’m not completely quarantined from the rest of the world. Thanks for your reliable, clear reports.
Very “real” personalities
I fell like I’m getting my news from family members. Nothing phony about any of them.
Alerts
Not worth the alert notifications, always goes to an advertisement first and then maybe I can see what I was alerted for or maybe the second commercial.

Hate the Updated Version
We’ve read USAToday online for years and enjoyed the quick read of the news. But this new update just has a wrong feel to it. It’s more difficult to navigate to see all the top stories. If it’s supposed to be an improvement, it doesn’t feel that way to us.
Best
Least partisan major news source, which USAToday was a cable channel!
Spellcheck
What is not spelled wat.
Except in one of today’s top stories.
Terrible
The format is terrible… headlines should be simple. To much info below the headlines and hen I need to scroll to next headline.
Too much sports
The news is always light and fluffy in USA Today but that’s ok, everything doesn’t need to be mean and nasty. However I REALLY wish I could filter out the sports. Over 50% of the paper is sports.
Great National paper
Read all the sections every AM. Articles timely and well written. I always end with the x-word puzzle. Great way to start the day, well laid out. Read it every morning.
USA Today
I love this app! It’s easy to use and set which topics you’d like to see daily! This app is also user friendly and easy to navigate.
USA Today
I have enjoyed reading this paper for years when traveling, was surprised to see that it had been formatted for iPads! Loving everyday of reading while recovering from 2 major surgeries!
App is good, not great
Too many videos that you cannot watch because of the ads. Many of the videos are misleading and do not give you what they say they’re going to give you information. However overall it is still the most enjoyable app for me to get the news.
Thanks for staying upbeat
I’m tired of news outlets focusing on people who are outraged and throwing gasoline on every fiery controversy just so they can get more eyeballs on their news. Thank you for not doing that. I know I can check in the news on this app every morning and not have my day ruined by being pulled in to some news outlet’s drama of the day. As a global traveler, I can tell you that it’s not a scary world out there, as the general American public now believes. It’s a beautiful world. Thank you for keeping a balance in focus, not just on the left and the right but on good news as well as bad.
Easy to read
The stories and news are easily organized and provide enough information to be read while on the go.
Confused
I paid for the online subscription but I’m totally confused about what I got? The app doesn’t seem to be connected or else they just like you to pay again? I can log in from a browser and see that I’m in my subscription but what is up with the app? Am I seeing what everyone sees for free? What did I pay for?
Good app
App is ok just gotta be careful and not touch ads
Great Organization
Overall well formatted app, I like the choices of notifications you can choose to receive, and how the app supports dark mode.
INFORMATION
For me, receiving multiple sources of information is part of making me a better informed citizen.
I read it every day but it’s cumbersome
The feed includes a lot of sports which I can’t find a way to eliminate. It would be nice if we could pick the sections we want to read, as read as if it were a hard copy.
Local Papers
No longer allows the user to select one local paper in the USA network to get a summary of news in that location.
iNews Driven
Half the articles require an iNews account. If I wanted iNews I’d go to that site directly. USA Today use to be a good news app but no more. Nothing loads with blank ads and no articles.
Ok but could be better
Same stories stay in que for way too long. Need more content.
Regional Newspaper Links
We used to be able to choose links to 6 local newspapers, but that option appears to have been deleted. Any idea if those links were moved & available elsewhere? That was my primary use of the app.
Local News Gone
Now they have mostly removed access to their local news networks. That was a big draw for me.. not sure I will stick around for their standard coverage
So-so News site
As a news aggregator it’s so-so. Articles are not timely and on weekends and holidays it heavily recycles articles. Articles are repeated in multiple categories, so the actual breadth of coverage is actually quite slim. Then, it dropped local coverage through the Gannet network of newspapers. For an ad funded free news app it’s mediocre
