Gaining deep understanding requires getting into the lives of those who are using our products. We will achieve this with long-term diary studies, in which we study participants over an extended period of time.
Many research techniques will be fielded during this period of time, resulting in uncovering long-term behaviors such as, habits, usage scenarios, attitudes and motivations, changes in behaviors and perceptions, customer journeys, and more.
