Visual design comparison. In this study participants compare two design options soliciting feedback about which design direction resonates the most.
Participants were shown the EXISTING KTLA homepage as it is today, and asked a series of questions resulting in dialog around various aspects related to the overall design of the page. Participants were then shown the NEW homepage template and the same content, and asked the same questions.
Goals
Understanding of specific components that resonate a positive, neutral, and negative response with users experiencing the existing homepage and the new homepage template.
