A User Persona is a semi-fictional archetype that represents the key traits of large segments of our audience. Based on data we’ve collected from our internal and vendor analytics platforms and more, we strive to paint a continually developing 360° view into our users mindsets to provide foundational insight into what our customers are thinking and doing as they consume our products and services.
